    NEGATIVE STARS! No phone, no response. Applied 3 times; rejected 3 times. Kept $39.00 3 times. No explanations. No recourse. Yeah, they’re SWIFT, all right!

    Complete scam charge me twice what it would cost for the tags and even sent me a confirmation but never received ?????? Don’t waste your money with this fake company

    I was just ripped off my this company and they have a hold on my registration and there is nothing I can do about it. I've emailed them at least 20 times and called them at least 10 times with no response. I, like everyone else believed I was on a legit Fl website. My local office said there is nothing they can do to help me since Swift Tag is a 3rd party app and not affiliated with the state of Florida. Really pissed off right now.

    SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! DO NOT USE! I thought I was renewing my tag through the state of FL. They charged me an extra $60 for processing that I knew nothing about until I submitted for the actual amount of the tag. They took two different withdrawals from my account. I'm so mad!! No phone number to call.

    Absolutely sorry company that rips you off and gives you no remorse. Took my money and never helped me renew my tag. A total scam!!

    Made to look like a legitimate government site. I thought I was on the PA site and went through process. Scam. I become concerned when I completed everything and paid that there was not a receipt given. Called my cc company and got the phone number and it did not work. Cancelled with an email to swifttags and they responded that it was too late (30 minutes later). Supposedly going to refund $66 of $89. The PA official site cost me $44. Scam. Scam. Scam!! Avoid like the plague.

    Totally pulled me in thinking I was on my State's regicide registration site. Charged me $115+ for something that should have been $51. No phone number to call.

    SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Never got a single E-Mail from them for anything, not even a demand for my refund as stated in their OWN policy. I should rightfully fly up to their office in Delaware to give them a piece of my mind, but I know better and that is not their real address. I wish I would have known better before giving them my money. I have also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I hope these people are locked up soon! For the rest of their lives!
