    Sloppy work, after 1 day old grout showing through and pieces coming out. Was promised would come back and fix, never heard from them.Owner lives in Florida but has a Md. phone number.

    Zero stars if I could. I hired George to clean grout of two bathrooms, and recaulk late July 2023. The job was so bad it had to be redone. I sent photos to George and he agreed it was an unacceptable job, apologized, and said his nephew was the one that came to the house. To make matters worse there was caulk smeared all over the new countertops, faucet, toilet, and flooring as well as chunks of old caulk in the drain. There were tobacco shavings left in the new toilet. He offered to come out to rectify same day (Saturday) and said he would be there in two hours. George called at the 2 hour mark to say couldn’t because he did not have the necessary tools, would be Monday. He never showed up Monday. I asked for a refund and never received a response, he did Howe say I could dispute any charges with my credit card company when I asked for pictures of the complete job. The photos couldn’t be sent because of a dead phone I was told. I had to pay someone else to remove all of the smears (that didn’t come entirely out of the new vinyl floor) and re-caulk. I have photos of the horrible job.
