    I called J&M to help with some tax related issues I was having Not only did they help clear everything up with the IRS they also let me know that I was eligible for FFCRA credit! Problem solved AND I got a refund.

    Hired JandM Associates to apply for the ERC tax credit. His information was given to me as a referral from another contact. Our buisness moved nearly 2 years ago and the previous building does not have reliable mail. I informed Joshua of this which he gave us the run around and seemed to busy to care about this important bit of information. He told me to "check with my payroll company." This has nothing to do with where the IRS sends the check. We filled out every form with the correct address, and made several calls to Joshua to make sure everything was correct. All was ignored. Sure enough, checks sent to the previous address and in response, Joshua told me he "hasn't made anything," and that his "time was worth over $5000.00 per hour." No call back, no remorse, no care. His fee is 10% of the total amount of the credit, payable when checks are received. This fee would equate to over $10,000. The only follow up from Joshua has been to see if you received the checks so he could collect this fee. Doing business with people who care about nothing but their "$5000.00 per hour," are always suspicious to me and difficult to work with when situations arise. Proceed with caution, if you are looking for any type of customer service.
