  Please read the previous review by another customer. I wish we had. We had a very similar experience. This business and its owner are a scammers. They misrepresented the product sold to us and refused to issue a refund after it was too late. Further, we found out they grossly overcharged for the actual product they sold us after we did further research (but of course, that’s because they wanted us to think we were actually purchasing a different product). When asked to initiate a return, the principal of the company, “Leon”, was extremely defensive (as you will see by his response to this), rude and arrogant. As his website says, 100 percent guarantee, alright! 100 percent you’ll be disappointed/screwed over. There are federal agencies set up to deal with fraud like this… All of the positive reviews are fake (take note of the commonality of the names…) just like the product he sells!

  Mrs. **** ******* who left this bad review of our company did not place an orders with Stonelocator. Her designer was in constant contact with Stonelocator, the designer selected the materials, sizes, total square footage and finally placed this order for Bluestone Blue Select Flamed pavers with Stonelocator . The order was delivered in good condition according to all policies and procedures. The delivered material matched the images published at our site 100%. Apparently, Mrs. **** ****** expected a lot more color variance in Bluestone. She did not realize that Bluestone Blue Select material is very consistent and color, and that is why it is extremely popular with all our clients. Mrs. **** ****** advised us that she wanted to return the material. We responded that she could do it at any time withing 10 days after delivery according to our Return Policy that is spelled out at our site. Not a single time Stonelocator misrepresented the product, or provide any false information. Material was sold at the price listed at our web site. As you can see, Mrs. **** ******* did not give a single example of company's misbehavior, and the ones she gave are false (we delivered exactly the same material that was ordered, and we offered her to return material according to our Return Policy). Instead of following our advise Mrs. **** ****** chose to write this bad review with untruthful and wrong statements all over it. Each and every Testimonial at our site is original. Stonelocator is is online business since 2001. If we were the "scammers" like Mrs. **** ****** put it, we would not be in business for 22 years. I am sorry to hear that Mrs. **** ******* did not like the product that her designer ordered for her, but obviously, there is no fault of Stonelocator in this. I hope this addresses all the misinformation that Mrs. **** ******* tried to spread about our company.

  Unfortunately, as Leon noted, we had our builder purchase this product for us so we were not aware of his brief 10-day return policy. The return policy is also prohibitive because it requires a 25% restocking fee, plus shipping both ways. While our builder ordered it, we paid for this product. It does not make us “whole” on our purchase or satisfied with the experience. Sir Leon claims on his website that his company has a 100% customer satisfaction guaranty… also a lie. The issue I have with this person is not so much the above, it’s the lousy customer service provided following his misrepresentation of the product. The product on his website looks nothing like what we received, and he was defensive and refused to make it right, whether by 100% refund or shipping the product we actually wanted to purchase. I think the photos I’ve shown and his defensive responses to my initial post speak for themselves. “To set the record straight” I know what true bluestone looks like, which is why I sought it out from a place I thought could provide it. Sir Leon sent us a Chinese blue stone product (and to be honest, not even sure that’s what it is -that’s just what the label said) that is not shown on anywhere on his website. He intentionally misrepresented what the product was, he was unapologetic about it, and because of that, I’m taking next steps to get it remediated at a higher level. I’m done with him.
