"My car was crashed in May 2024 and a few weeks later Maryland Auto Insurance contacted me to start the process of repairing the car, the appraiser even came to see my car and the last thing I heard was that they were waiting to speak to the owner of the car that caused the accident since he never answered the phone or was not at home.
