  ABSOLUTE WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I began working with Elite Authors in December of 2023. It is now June of 2024 and I am still waiting for them to submit acceptable files for ***, *********** and ****. In fact, they charge extra for their formatting services. Every aspect of working with them has been nothing short of mind-blowing frustration at their consistent incompetence and inability to complete the most basic of tasks. Worse than that is the pain of paying thousands of dollars to have "professionals" prepare your work, after spending years crafting your it in readiness for publication, is to have to nearly do all the work yourself! When you aren't doing their jobs for them, there are endless emails of empty promises and apologies, further wasting time needed for other work. Producing the bare minimum quality of services with the most outrageous ineptitude is what Elite Authors does best! I would spend money on the necessary software and spend hours of time learning new processes than working with these people. They are horrendous in every possible way!

  Customer satisfaction and high-quality deliverables are of the utmost importance to our team. Editing, formatting, design, marketing, and customer experience are all within our control, however we don’t always have control of files when working with external platforms. In this case, it appears that our services were delivered as purchased, but we ran into problems uploading files to the external platforms that you requested to publish the book on. We reviewed the circumstances and refunded you 100% of the fees. This email correspondence was sent: “The reasoning behind this decision is based on issues surrounding unsatisfactory fulfillment of cover design services and book formatting services for Lulu and IngramSpark. Although the copyedit was deemed satisfactory, we’ve opted to refund all services as requested in an effort to make things right. We sincerely regret that our services did not meet your expectations. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.” We wish the best for you and your book in the future.

  We take every customer interaction very seriously and want to deliver the best quality work and experience to our authors. Our services offer support for uploading to publishing platforms, however we do not manage those accounts on behalf of our authors. In this case, there was an issue with your account to which we were made aware of. Unfortunately, we were not involved in the management of your account and therefore did not cause the issue. Our team attempted to help troubleshoot the issue with your previous publisher and to also republish under your own account, however, you did not respond. We regret that you experienced this, but this was not something within our control or scope of work. We wish you well and the best of luck.

  Elite Authors is a ****. I first contracted then because I thought they were a local company and they have great reviews. I spoke with Jenny, who clearly is the sales person. She was very responsive and patient. I thought I would be in good hands as a first time author, so I paid them $2200 for their services. After the payment cleared, the responsiveness quickly changed. I can’t even get a returned call now. There inefficiencies caused me to miss my deadline and now I’m scrambling to get my books printed before my book launch. This company is not legit! I wish I had done more research.
