  Had me doing exercises instead of what the doctor ordered, which was dry needling. I questioned them each visit, and therapist always had an excuse. Told the doctor that I NEVER got the treatment they ordered. Quit therapy after the 3rd visit because of this. I don't think they really know what their doing it don't care. I believe they didn't even know HOW to do dry needling even though they said they do. Even with exercises, they tell you what to do, set a kitchrn timer and walk away......thats NOT physical therapy!

  I have never been to or had services provided by Pivot Physical Therapy in Roanoke, but they have been billing me for the past year for services not related to me. I have contacted their billing office numerous times by phone, mail and most recently by sending a cease and desist letter. They have now violated the cease and desist letter. My next actions are to leave them feedback everywhere I can find online and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The step after that will be to take legal action against them.

  Do not go to the one on 5801 Patterson Ave. I filed a complaint with the civil rights agency and waited 11 months for the case to be finalized. It was in Pivot's favor, regardless of the emotional anguish this clinic caused. apparently, they twisted the truth and embellished it. The director treated me AWFUL. Like, I was not a human being. If you are deaf, DO NOT GO THERE!

  I booked an appointment with this PT just for a second opinion, although I'd already been seeing another PT. I was really disappointed: <30 minutes, with $120 (which was the price I was told). I originally thought my first visit would take more than 1 hour, as there would be some initial evaluation, but it turned out to be only less than 30 minutes. (All my other therapy sessions take about an hour) The therapist was not patient, and didn't share enough knowledge or offering all the help I needed. Two months after my original visit, I got an extra $45 dollars charge. It was because my insurance is high deductible. So I have to pay $165 for 30 minutes service. I confirmed with them several times that I had high deductible insurance, and would it be the same price with or without insurance, and the receptionist assured me it would be the SAME price, and no extra charge. The billing department is very rude, and never take the call. After I left 5 voicemails, they finally gave me the response that the charge is final, no adjustment, and no change! In a word, this business is not very honest and sneaky at charges.
