"I APPLIED FOR DRUG COVERAGE WITH AN EMPLOYEE OF WELLCARE FOR MYSELF AND MY WIFE ON THE SAME DAY BACK TO BACK, I WAS ELIGIBLE FOR A SPECIAL ENROLLMENT AND WAS LOOKING FOR OUR PLANS TO START ON MARCH 1ST, 2024, UNFORTUNATELY THEIR EMPLOYEE MADE A MISTAKE AND FAILED TO CHECK THE CORRECT BOX FOR MYSELF AND THEREFORE I GOT DENIED AND SUPSEQUENTLY AM BEING TOLD THAT I NOW HAVE APRIL 1ST, 2024, MEANWHILE I AM OUT OF MEDICATIONS AND ALL I GET IS THAT THEY ARE ESCALLATING IT, (JUST KICKING THE CAN DOWN THE ROAD), APRIL 1ST IS A FEW DAYS AWAY, I HAVE APP 15 - 16 HRS INTO THIS WITH AT LEAST 1/2 DOZEN TICKETS AND BASICALLY GET LIP SERVICE, VERY INCOMPENENT PEOPLE WHO CAN'T EVEN GET ME TO SOMEONE ABOVE THEM NOR GIVE ME A CORPORATE PHONE NUMBER WHICH I FOUND ON MY OWN." ...
