"Unprofessional and lack of communication: I went to Barenburg Eye Associates located in 8556 Fort Smallwood Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122 not the one in Baltimore but in general my experience was awful for 2 reasons: 1- I initially went ahead for contact lenses but during the checkup the doctor noticed high pressure in one eye and said we should hold on on getting the contacts until we find out the problem behind the eye pressure meanwhile here are some drops and next time you come back we will check and see if you need a glaucoma specialist so I did get my pressures checked at my workplace and they were fine so I noticed no need to get back and wait until next checkup, I come back for the next checkup and they checked my eyes for a refraction and when I asked for the pupillary distance to get my glasses from somewhere else they refused to give them to me ended with a prescription glasses missing information and they said it's because you're not getting glasses so we don't give it ( specifically if you don't get glasses from us we won't give you your pupillary distance so you have to get from us and can't go anywhere else). 2- went for the next week after the doctor scheduled me and apparently the doctor is not there and the receptionist talked about how I have to pay 48 dollars as my bill for them ordering the contact lenses from the previous year even though the doctor said we should hold on!" ...
