- Additional Info:In December of 2018, BBB began receiving consumer reports alleging that after sending advanced payment for pets advertised online, consumers were referred to this business for pet transportation services. Consumers inform that after sending advanced payment, this business then requested additional upfront payment for a temperature controlled crate and/or pet vaccinations. When consumers became skeptical, they were reassured that the scammer was allegedly from a Christian family who could easily be tracked down and arrested if found to be a fraud.
BBB initiated an investigation on this business and determined that the business is not properly licensed to provide pet transportation/pet carrier services.
BBB also determined that the consumers who reported the business were all provided with different invalid business addresses located in Maryland, Delaware, and Texas.
BBB confirmed that this business is not registered as a business entity with the State of Maryland Department of Assessment and Taxation.
Further review of the information displayed on the businesses website revealed 2 duplicate websites that detail the same information verbatim. The duplicate websites also have an unauthorized BBB Accredited business seal displayed.
