On 7/3/2023 BBB initiated an investigation into Leather Stand to
research the numerous unanswered complaints concerning refund/exchange and
customer service issues. These complaints allege consumers did not receive
products they paid for or experienced excessive delays, thereby prompting consumers to request a refund per
policy advertised on the website.
As of 8/2/23, Leather
Stand has not responded to BBB’s communications.
BBB has not been
able to locate the business’ corporate registration.
BBB has not been
able to confirm the business’ licensing or a valid complaint handler.BBB encourages
anyone who has experienced these and other suspicious activities from this
