The power was flickering throughout the house, my thermostat was fried, and I had no heat—a truly stressful situation. JJ responded incredibly quickly, arriving with a friendly demeanor and a professional approach. He worked diligently for nearly three hours to diagnose the problem, ultimately discovering that the issue stemmed from the power supply coming from the pole. Without any prompting, JJ took the initiative to call *** and clearly explained the problem to them in a way I never could have. Amazingly, *** arrived while JJ was still on-site, and he collaborated seamlessly with their technician until the issue was fully resolved. On top of that, JJ also replaced my damaged thermostat, ensuring everything was back in working order before he left. The best part? His pricing was extremely reasonable for the level of expertise, effort, and care he provided.
