    Karen is a fabulous AHA Instructor! I have completed and passed her BLS, ACLS and PALS courses twice now. I highly recommend taking your renewal classes with her. Karen is very knowledgeable and has a lot of great experience in the medical profession. She reviews all of the high points of each session and gives real life examples on how to apply it to your area of work. I will definitely be renewing my certifications with her again in 2 years.
