    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 21333771, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as the refunds, which are currently pending, go through and no new charges are assigned to my card I will accept the solution.

    As we explain on our site, we are a third party that assists our customers with business incorporations and the associated documentation. We review applications and resolve conflicts when they occur, as well as serve as a Resident Agent service and assist customers with individual state incorporations in addition to Federal submissions. We do apologize for any confusion on our part, however, I can confirm your order has been refunded in full.

    We have no record of you email, nor is that order number from our company.  Further, we do not charge $249 for any of our services.  Please verify which company you used and contact them.
