    I’d chose zero stars if it were possible. I haven’t been able to pick my car up to determine any damages. But so far, I’ve had a terrible experience with everyone I’ve spoken to on the phone (3 people total). I’ve been hung up on, placed on hold for 20 minutes or more, and have been given nothing but attitude when the call is answered. Each employee has been short and inconsiderate. I have yet to get any clear answers from any employee regarding an appointment time. I’ve been recommended to call back every hour or two. Reading other ****** reviews, I believe that they should be closed down, audited, or start over with a properly trained staff.
