      Dishonest Made to believe the application fee is necessary. False advertising Promoting dogs that aren’t available as there’s no frequent communication between the company and breeder. Believe all the negative reviews. You’ll end up having a poor experience. I’ve been requesting my $25 refund and of course my requests continue to go unanswered.

      As one of the few ethical breeders on the website, they favor puppy mills. They would often call me to tell me my puppies were priced too high and that they will not sell and they wouldn't make money. The breeder rep job is to manipulate the breeder. When I signed up, I made it clear that I wanted to interview and video chat all prospective puppy buyers before hand. They would go ahead and take the money for the dog and message me 30 times to approve the sell. Ignoring my request to talk to the pro selective buyers and threatening to fine me. I sold a puppy through them marked for 3500 they up charged 5800. Yes, they have a 3 year health warranty but most breeders offer one that's not at a market. The transporter ended up stalking me and harassing me to the point I filed a restraining order. I'm happy to provide the messages of him relatively asking me on dates, how I should leave my husband, Ect. I brought up the concern with my rep and she said sorry but we will continue using them. On a separate occasion, a buyer did a pediatric spay on a large breed puppy. Violates their contract, they told me it's not hurting anyone so they won't pursue it. Lastly, the previous buyer with the transport issue decided they wanted full rights. The dog was sold as a pet only, next day pets tried to bully me to give them full rights. Less than a month on the website, I deleted my account. This is a broker and a terrible one to say the least.

      ********* requested to join our program because so many of her friends (other breeders) were doing so well with us. ********* was provided a contract to review as well as lengthy conversations with a breeder liaison assigned to her to discuss all of our policies and procedures. ********* signed the contract acknowledging and accepting all the requirements to be one of our partner breeders.

      Almost immediately ********* began to refuse to abide by the requirements that she agreed to. Instead of working with us to help her sell her wonderful pups to excited new homes she instead would ignore the steps required causing deliveries to be delayed and customers to be upset and angry. Many attempts were made to counsel and coach her. She resisted all attempts to get things working smoothly. She would blame every issue on everyone but herself and lecture us on how our methods were all wrong and how we should do everything her way. Everyone was completely incompetent. Except her. I personally had many conversations with her and went above and beyond to try to remedy her constant issues and complaints. Despite my best efforts there was little improvement.

      ********* did NOT delete her account after one month. We struggled to get her into compliance for a year. She was with us from May 2021 thru May 2022. After her third serious and documented violation we chose to terminate our business relationship with her. This complaint was expected as she often threatened us with social media, BBB, etc.

      We represent hundreds of happy breeders and have thousands of 5 star reviews on **********. We currently have a 4.7/5 star rating. Many of our breeders have been with us for years and comment that they will always be our partners because of our integrity and fairness to both the breeders and customers. But working with us does require extra time, effort, and attention to detail that ********* just was not willing to put in. We will not compromise our stringent requirements that ensure happy and healthy pups to pacify one breeder.

      Your legal name is ********** I am currently looking at the copy of your ****** State Drivers license that you sent us when you opened your account. You may prefer Kate but you are absolutely ********** It baffles me why you would deny your legal name. Because of the restrictions of this page I will not list any of the other proof of who you are. This is another example of the difficulties in trying to conduct business with you. You asked to speak to a manager and you spoke to me on several occasions. For extended periods of time. Just a few weeks ago I talked to you about AKC registration papers you never sent to buyers. In fact more than once you refused to speak to anyone else and demanded that I call you. Which I did. You also have my direct number that you have spoke to me on as well as texted me. We don't do business with puppy mills. We vet our breeders carefully. We don't force any breeder to make a sale but we do require an answer on whether you will accept a sale in a timely manner. We give you 24 hours for a simple yes or no. What's not acceptable is for you to respond that you are waiting to see if you get a better price locally instead of agreeing to sell to our customer at an agreed upon price. We work hard to please our customers who are very excited to get a new pup and they rightfully expect an answer in a reasonable time frame. As stated previously you simply choose to ignore all agreed upon rules, procedures, and practices and expect us to change our very successful business model to suit you.

      Just confused because my name is ******* ** ******. I don't know who this ************* is, but I can tell you I reached out several times to talk to a manger or someone high than my rep and was ignored. If you want to respond to the events listed above, I would love to hear what your rebuttable for puppy mill practices and pressuring breeders to sell to unfit homes.
