      I started shippers choice school in Chester Va at the end of January and it is July. I have not had an evaluation. I completed my class in the 4 weeks. I have not been set up with Dmv for testing. I taken the proper steps as far as speaking with the teachers, and directors. I've left messages for Charles over a month ago and I have yet to receive a response. There was only one truck available to practice on. People in classes behind me have tested and I'm paying a loan back to them that I didn't get a certificate nor a test from.

      We have reviewed the student file for ******** ******* and spoken with her instructors. The main issue is that Ms. ******* has not developed the necessary skills to even reach the stage where she is ready for evaluation and therefore, she is not even close to being ready for her CDL test. It is true that she has completed the minimum hours of the course, however, CDL driving is a skill which much be developed. It is also true that other students have started training after her, completed, and passed the CDL skills license test which merely highlights that she is just not ready. Unlike other CDL schools, we do not send any student to fail the test, we send them to pass. We even offer additional practice to students at no charge who are not ready to test and offered it to her. The last time she was at the school for practice, and we told her she was not ready for even an evaluation of her skills in preparation for the licensing test, she did not agree with us and said she was going to have her lawyer contact us. In our Training Agreement which Ms. ******* signed, and therefore agreed to, it specifically states that we do not guarantee that the student will obtain a CDL license. Ms. ******* is still eligible to come to the school and practice. All she must do is contact the School Director, Mr. Daniel ****** at *************
