    We had a terrible experience with Cape Cod Handyman. We bought replacement windows, and the company assigned Cape Cod Handyman to install them. It was supposed to take one week, and they were about 1/2 complete at the end of week one. I assumed they would be back the following week and they were not. We told them very clearly that we had guests coming at the end of week 2 - after multiple calls every day, they showed up at the end of 2 days for about 1 - 1.5 hours. At the end of 3 weeks they were still not done, and the owner argued with me about the inside work not being done even though he did not come to oversee or inspect the work. It was not until we called with window company that Cape Cod Handyman responded. We gave them one more chance, and they proved they could not complete the job and they could not do quality -or even responable -work. It was a truly terrible experience.
