      This company practices bait and switch. They took money from my account for services that they later admitted were never done. They raised the rates without notifying me. They increased the frequency of treatments without authorization which of course allowed them to charge more. The local provider would not even address me about it, they referred it to corporate. Not a reputable business

      I prepaid for 13 treatments at the beginning of the season. Four months in (June 30) I have only received 3 when they are supposed to come every 3 weeks. My dog is covered in ticks and my children mosquito bites. I have continuously tried to call and email customer service with no answer. I now do not have people answer my calls and send me to the answering service instead when I call the main number. I have spoken to two GMs and have been told its not worth their gas money to come out to my property despite the customer satisfaction guarantee and respray within 7 days. I have continuously requested refunds and been told the owner said no. I am at a total loss, I am not getting the service I paid for. My yard is not being sprayed there are insane mosquitos and they wont come out because it is too far from foxboro. I was told when I prepaid that the Essex county franchise would service me. Now they no longer exist and thus it is headquarters who is supposed to respond to me and carry out the customer guarantee but they are not. I still have 10 sprays that I have already paid for, 10 sprays takes me into December well after they finish spraying for the season. I would like my money back as they have not fulfilled their contract to me despite my countless attempts to contact them.

      Used their service last year and canceled due to their poor service after one treatment. Flash forward 6 months later they decide they are going to auto renew my service without my consent, treat my property without me knowing about it and then proceed to charge my card $60 for the service that I had no knowledge of nor gave them consent to do which counts as fraud. I attempted to resolve it civilly over 6 days giving them multiple chances at making it right and they kept referring me to someone else in their company which seems crazy since they likely only have a handful of people working in the office. They have yet to call me back at all regarding the situation even though they assured me that someone else was going to handle it. They even referred me to a lady that was in a meeting being fired at the time of my call. I ended up having to do a charge back with my credit card company. Stay away from this shady company

      The long and short of this whole situation is we started our service with Mosquito ****'s back up in June for two parties we were having. Our yard is rather big at .78 acres. On our invoices it says 10 minute application. The first treatment the technician only sprayed our yard for 3 1/2 minutes and we still have a large amount of mosquitoes. We called to complain and we were giving a free booster and again only under 4 minutes. Party night everyone was getting bite by mosquitoes. 2nd scheduled treatment same thing. 3rd treatment was before my father in laws 70th surprise party again only a 4 minute treatment. My wife called to complain and a technician called my personal phone while I was at work to tell me "some lady called and complained about me and she has no idea what she's talking about". We were given another free booster and the treatment was just over 4 minutes. We cancelled our service and requested all treatments be reimbursed because never one time did we have no mosquitos. We were only told me could get two payments back and a free spray and 1/2 a second spray, after we cancelled our service with no intention of ever using Mosquito ****'s again. We were mailed one check and they made an accidental charge to our account and was refunded making it seem like that was a refund be it wasn't. Then we couldn't get anyone from management to call us back. Finally someone from accounting helped in in getting our 2nd treatment reimbursed but they still refused to refund us for the 1st unacceptable treatment. Please beware. I don't want another family to go through what we did
