    This business sent a new client with a pdf form that couldnt be typed in electronically, client had to write in the form manually, the manager said it wasnt suppose to so, if not, why send. The client was professional with emails asking questions of communication method to be used between client and their business, this wasnt communicated. Client was yelled at and lied to regarding the number of emails sent to clarify tax and communication efforts. The business associate literally hung up on client and stated let us do our work. I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone who wants their taxes done right and if they are analytical and review and question their taxes. They need a seminar on how to deal with people!
