I placed an order with this company and did receive a email almost immediately saying they will provide tracking info when it's shipped. 5 days later and it's still not shipped. I've emailed them and called several times to get recordings and no email response. They are supposedly a real company in the US but their business practices ****. I do NOT recommend using them a I regret it now. They must be among a pop company and they are out milking cows. I understand why companies like this go out of business because of customer service and Amazon just blows them away. My mistake and won't make it again. I can't even get a hold of them to cancel the order. I had other options to buy festool tools since they are the same price everywhere, but thought I'd give a us company the business. My mistake.

The customer placed their order after close of business on Thursday, 2/15, at 9:19 PM for an item that is clearly marked on the product page as:

We processed the order on Friday morning, 2/16, at which time the customer would have received an email with order acknowledgement. The order was processed and shipped on Monday, 2/19. The customer sent two emails over the weekend while we were closed, despite our store and customer service hours being listed.
The tracking number and shipping notification went out on Tuesday morning, 2/20. We followed the order shipping notification with a phone call from our store manager on Tuesday morning shortly after the tracking number email would have gone out and spoke with the customer directly.Customer was notified we were closed Saturday and Sunday as normal business hours indicate and we were closed for the Monday 2/19 for the Presidents' Day holiday. Customer was provided the tracking number over the phone as well.
Package was delivered on Wednesday 2/21.
