      The employee telling me to shut the f*** up and listen was the worst part of being towed for absolutely no reason. I had paid and put the ticket in my car. The ticket was in my car when a nicer employee let me look.

      They run a Predatory Scamming business where they put up what looks like a small marketing/advertising towing sign, too high to see, on a vacant unused lot, then monitor the lot like a hunter, until an unsuspecting driver parks in the lot that has nothing posted saying no unauthorized parking of any sort, then charge $220 to get your vehicle back. Unprofessional, Rude, and “Cash Only” of course.

      0/10 I was charged 140$ four months ago for a ridiculous tow. They let my car down because I caught them in time and had to pay them then. It was taken out of my account , now it is April and they had a glitch in their system and charged me again 140$ now in April!

      They don't even deserve 1 star. I parked in an empty lot (no no-parking signs) to run inside a building quick since there was no street parking available. I went inside at 11:02 and by 11:12, they already had my car towed and back to their lot. Charged me $175 for a "full day storage" and towing fee. Horrible attitudes and completely unprofessional. It's no wonder they lost all their contracts with AAA and the state; it's very predatory behavior. They are known for sitting in their truck and stalking people until they get out of their car for a minute and demanding payment to put their car back on the ground. Avoid them at all costs!!

      Thieves they are a predatory towing company. They illegally towed my vehicle at my place of residency. I had a parking in permit on my vehicle and they still towed my vehicle and also overcharged me they had numerous fees which is a scam. They even asked my boyfriend before my vehicle was towed to call them if he sees a car without a permit. They also were bragging on how many vehicles they towed on New Years day. Complete scum . I will not let this go I am filling a civil suit, reporting them to all Better business bureau and on social media.I wish you didn't have to check a star cause they do not qualify for any stars. Thieves
