  Owner/Property manager allow tenants to have master keys to all apartments. Be aware and have cameras! Also you will never get your mail because the door buzzers dont work and the elevator is on its last legs. Also found mouse in my AC when taking it out of the window

  Just wanted to give recognition to ****** who made this entire process from start to finish as easy as could be. I was able to take care of everything including utilities within 24 hours of working with her. She took the time to explain any questions I had and was available throughout this entire process. Thank you for all of your help!

  We had the absolute worst experience with 7hills . Prior to looking at the apartment I told a woman name, Heather O******, that I did in fact have an eviction. She said “yes I know, 7 hills does pre-screening before showing the apartments to weed out people”
  Heather then showed me the elevator and walked me out. We talked for about 45 minutes outside during the discussion, she said again definitely wouldn’t be an issue, she had Pull and would be able to make sure I got the apartment by June 1 st she also said all I need to do is fill out the application which was $50. It came back PERFECT! She then proceeded to ask for my boyfriend to also pay $50, this is where we both felt this was a red flag. So, that evening I paid the $50 first thing the next morning first thing 7:02am. I got a text from Heather saying I was denied due to the eviction. The biggest mistake I make through this process was not going to Google, yelp, etc. and reading hundreds of one star bad reviews about how terrible a company they are. Being a medical professional, I work with some low income tenants of 7 hills. They have bought out a bunch of apartment buildings and kicked out people that have rented these apartments for years with no reason to tell them to leave threatening to evict the xm m therefore, they would never be able to find another apartment and lose their section 8. I IT’S REALLY SAD THAT THIS COMPANY IS COMING INTO A SMALL TOWN WITH A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT WEALTHY AND CANNOT AFFORD A $2000 RENT FOR A SMALL APARTMENT IN A BAD AREA. They were so unprofessional in the way WAY THEY CONTACTED US! When my boyfriend asked why, 7 hills started calling ME fake, saying I have a fake Louis Vuitton purse, name calling, saying we didn’t have jobs even though she saw 3 years of tax returns, out of no where. Renters beware!

  Hi Monique, multiple parts of your story are not true. If you were honest we would have never told you to apply. You even made a fake text message conversation you posted online trying to prove your point. You and your co applicant are clearly pathological liars. You had lots of stories prior to applying for the apartment and none of them checked out. You and your co applicant had bad credit and you had an active eviction in which you acknowledged owning the landlord $6,895.24 in court. Even though you had a different story to us. Story after story. Its unfortunate you need to leave us bad reviews because you are upset that we didn't approve you for the apartment.
