Absolutely terrible. My interview on July 5th went swimmingly- but to my ignorance I did not ask enough questions pertaining to my employment. They lulled me in by asking me if I wanted Full-Time or Part-Time, what location Id prefer working at, as well as making the impression id have a set schedule. It took them almost a week after the interview for them to call me(I had to email them) and tell me when id be starting. Little did they mention that I would have to be BIDDING for my shifts. All that was asked of me in the interview was my clothing size and for me to download two different apps on my phone. I was apologized to for the oversight. As well as only ****** keeps was explained to me as documentation and incident reporting. During the interview, I was told by *************************(Director of Operations) That id be starting Right away and was under the impression of getting Full-Time hours. This was far from the truth. I started on July 15th, and worked for a total of 29 hours until Today(7/22/2024) I was called a Punk over the phone for Questioning my Integrity by the Director. I had applied for a shift on the 21st on 8:54 Am for July 27th 11Pm to 7Am. It wasn't until July 22nd @ 3:15PM that I was denied the shift. So I emailed and called inquiring upon why It was denied, and the director spoke to me in an extremely immature and unprofessional manner. Calling me a Punk for questioning his Integrity.I admit being disrespected in such a manner made me frustrated and I called back and tried to get in touch but heard the phone line be picked up and hung up - then at least 5 minutes later I subsequently had 2 shifts removed from my schedule after this confrontation over the phone. This company has extremely shady practices and what seems to be a revolving door of employees. Not to mention another employee was given Full-Time and a set schedule when we trained on the same day - but I was told they didnt do such a thing. Extremely **************
