    The therapists here are kind and professional. I was a patient for over a year as was my husband. I went twice a week and never missed an appointment. I woke up very sick and was told I would be charged $35 for a missed appointment. I complained and the owners relayed a message that I wouldn't be charged if I canceled that same week. I already had an appointment later that week (twice a week patient) and was forced to reschedule for earlier in the week. I was charged anyway. I woke up the day of my rescheduled appointment still sick. I was told I would be charged again. I asked that the owner call me directly (as I asked the first time and it didn't happen). An office manager called me instead of the owner. She told me they were following policy, but noted exceptions may be made on a "case-by-case" basis. Apparently being a loyal patient who attends twice a week and happened to get sick, was not enough of a reason not to charge someone $35. They agreed to remove the charge, but only after several angry phone calls. Despite the therapists being excellent, the owners of this business are not. They have lost a patient who was paying them twice a week for an indefinite amount of time over a $35 charge. I would warn anyone against ever patronizing this business (this includes ******* Physical Therapy).
