- The business states merchandise returns are normally accepted within 14 days of purchase. Please call or contact the company by email or letter for a return authorization. Returns should be sent by UPS or insured mail for your protection. Once the authorized return item has been received in its original condition, the business will refund your credit card, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Custom items may be returned only in special circumstances and will incur a restocking charge. Examples of custom items include our tide clocks and other products with personalization options. Made-to-order items such as rugs will incur a 20% restocking fee. Food items cannot be returned.
The business states if you return a product that was offered with free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
