- The business states that their refund policy is as follows: Within 60 days of original purchase The Black Dog gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise at our Stores or Order Processing Center for a full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds issued at our stores will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable we'll refund or make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price. After 60 days of original purchase with receipt The Black Dog will gladly issue an exchange, merchandise credit or refund based on the original sale price.
