    I am writing this letter of recommendation based on the exemplary service & superior quality of work performed by Atlantic Chimney, Inc., at my private residence in ********, **, from January 10, 2023, through January 12, 2023. Wow!! Blown away by the superior level of service we received from this company. We had a chimney fire that required a new liner to be installed. From the 1st phone call I made on the night the fire happened, to the final clean-up on the last day of repairs, we experienced the most polite and professional interaction with everyone from the office personnel to the apprentice laborers. Our house was in the process of being sold when the fire occurred and we had just 4 weeks to get the chimney repaired before the day of passing papers on the sale. The special care they took of our **********************, knowing how much was at stake for us, was so helpful in reducing the enormous stress we were feeling under the circumstances. In these days of mediocrity, it was so refreshing to witness how these workers took pride in every aspect of their work; from placing walking mats, blankets, and other protective measures to ensure our house stayed as clean as possible, to also going the extra mile to fix issues they discovered outside the scope of the initial work to be done, all while taking the time to explain what they were doing each step of the way, to answering all our questions with empathy & patience that is very rare nowadays.
