- Inverness Medical LLC return policy is as follows: customer may be granted a full refund or product replacement if not completely satisfied with product purchase. Replacements: customer may be given replacement product of equal or lesser value. Customer must provide UPC and explanation of dissatisfaction. Case to be documented in complaints-handling system by Customer Service Representative. Refunds: customer may be granted a full refund with proof of purchase (eg original sales receipt or credit card statement) and a letter of refund request. If proof of purchase is not available, the average retail price will be used at the refund amount. Customer may mail, fax or e-mail proof of purchase. Shipping, Handling and Sales tax is non-refundable. If proof of purchase has not been received within 30 days of the issue received date, the refund may be denied.
