      I received a call requesting that I call them back. When I did, I spoke with the most arrogant ineffective person, ******, who was anything but helpful. Actually gettng an attitude and slandering Texas.Reminded him that he called me and providing all information which he was requesting and which he should already have on file would compromise my personal information. He told me that he was the supervisor of the department and I could not speak with anyone else and that our business was finished. Called back and Left a message for a ******************* who is "the supervisor" over customer service. We will see if he returns the call.Meantime I have advised my broker to off load anything that we have with them.

      I recently checked my credit report and found I was in collections with Commonwealth Finance. I called and found out I was in collections for an emergency room visit in a town I don't live by someone I have never met. I further found that the collection hit my credit report the same day I changed my cell phone number. Commonwealth finance hit me with this debt because the person who had the cell number before me didn't pay their debt. My name or ssn was not even affiliated with this debt. How can a company that uses these business practices remain in business with no consequences.
