      They will take over *** accounts from employers after an employee terminates employment. If the account is less than $500, then they will immediately begin draining the account with admin fees of $3.95 per month. What a terrible way to take advantage of people. How does the government permit this behavior, this is a sneaky way to get rich off the backs of others.

      The assessment of a benefit administration fee is not uncommon in the maintenance of a ************** Account (HSA). This fee is often absorbed by an employer or administrator and a change in employment could result in a change in assessment.       My father passed away who had a small *** account. I provided the all of their required documentation for them to release funds to his estate but they continually refuse to do.

      The web app for managing HSAs, WealthHealthcare, is *****. It's crazy that a product used by millions of Americans to track their HSA funds is so poorly designed and unintuitive. Its hard to believe they havent hired a skilled UI/UX designer to make the app more user-friendly. Shame on them.

They would be better suited to assist you in navigating their Portal and can address any account specific concerns you are experiencing

      This company goes by Wealthcare.com for *** funds. They have caused harm and injury for failure to to timely return into the available balance of an *** card a refunded transaction from Eyebuydirect.com for prescription eyeglasses. 6 days later they are telling me the refund is still pending, the refunded transaction is still in an authorized state, and on hold. Even on their own website their pop-up says Holds usually take 1-2 business days. A supervisor, named ******, advised me usually refunded transactions are returned to the available *** balance same day. Multiple phone calls to them. ****** advised me the funds would become available by Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, and it wasn't done by Wealthcare. I called them back. I was told the supervisor would call me back. 3 days later, no call back and still the refunded funds has not been made available on the *** card. I'm sorry, but this is no joke. How dare Wealthcare deny timely use of *** funds! There is no excuse for this at this after 6 days. Today I discovered no ticket was ever created despite the multiple phone calls. This company needs to be investigated. I believe there is wrongdoing going on with these funds. Perhaps they are making interest off it and that is why they are keeping it way longer than the should? I don't recommend Wealthcare to be used.

      Ive been trying to move my HSA out of Wealthcare grip for two weeks now. After many calls, emails and messages from Fidelity and myself, they finally they agreed to transfer it to Fidelity. The process will take 4 to 6 weeks, including mailing a check and sending it by carrier pigeon (or else I cant imagine why it should take so long.) When you can wire money anywhere in the world in a few seconds, this is just outrageous. Avoid.
