"I received a free lab kit, after sending them a good hair samples, also received a confirmation email saying they received my hair sample about 4 months went by, contacted them multiple times submitted a report to find the lab test I sent never got a response from them, they have a message me button on their site which they never answer thats just there decorating the site, what I do get is hundreds of emails from them selling their products. No idea if their products are good but definitely dont waste your time sending any hair samples thats you are not gonna get results for."
