  We have had great experiences with Basement Technologies. Our sump pump was installed about 4 years ago and has been working perfectly. They come out every year to service it.   I had a situation with two runs of (15 year old) clogged floor channel in my system. I spoke with **** in Design and she patiently talked me through the available options and set service up for me the next day. ***** and ******* arrived early next morning to set up and prep. ***** and I discussed what was happening in the system and what was going to occur during the job. Everything was completed and tested by early afternoon and they did a terrific cleanup on what was a very messy job. Next evening (March 6), we had very heavy rains and the system handled it without issue. Im very pleased with the outcome and happy to have worked with these excellent employees.   Hi pressure sales, shoddy and incomplete workmanship, bait-and-switch on design. I wholeheartedly regret ever hearing the name of this company. In addition-I've seen their vehicles around town being aggressively and unsafely driven. If 0 stars were an option that would be the rating. I recommend avoiding them.

  ******* will be the first company to call you back when you have a flood in your basement. DO NOT panic and DO NOT select them. You will pay THOUSANDS more than you need to. My sister had a flood just prior to Christmas in 2022. She left messages with multiple places. ******* called right back. She panicked and went with them. They sent a rep out; clipboard guy who said I know exactly what the source of the leak is! The joint between the wall and the floor has over time deteriorated we can start tomorrow and fix it. He pointed to where they would begin digging and where the sun pump would be placed. AS ALWAYS with ******* she was charged ****** dollars. After placing the sub pump and digging up the parameter of the basement floor, as they got to the final wall, water was flooding in from a pipe from the street. ( which was the root cause of the flood). ******* just wanted to place a 2nd sub pump! My sister called the town and they came right over and confirmed the pipe was broken and the source of the water flow. In addition to the ****** dollars, she had to pay for the replacement pipe that had busted as it was on her property and not town property. ******* after hearing that their first assignment was incorrect still insisted she pay the ****** dollars. They didnt take one dollar off of their bill.They take advantage of people that are in dire straits. A horrible work ethic. (But the workers that came were very kind and sympathetic They felt bad that the work they did wasnt necessary. Even the town guy felt bad.) It was the talk of the street! The Busydog clipboard guy that comes to diagnose the problem originally, you never see him again. Dont panic. Dont use Busydog. You will pay THOUSANDS more than necessary.
