      Order a new transaxle. Doesnt work. They dont return phone calls now I am out 750 dollars for parts that dont work.

      ************Posted on 3/14/2023 Outstanding customer service by ********************* I had ordered parts to rebuild my **** Deere lawn tractor. Parts manager, ********************* assisted me in ordering the necessary parts. I rebuilt my transaxle multiple times but the issues remained.So I contacted ***** again and both of us did some troubleshooting to identify the reason the rebuild wasn't successful. It was determined that I needed additional parts, which were not currently in stock. ***** located the additional parts and they were shipped out fast. I was finally able to fix the issues and am now happily using the tractor.I wanted ************** to know how much I appreciated his assistance throughout this process. He did an outstanding job of customer service. I will be a lifelong customer of this **********************! They have a wide selection of parts at very reasonable prices and superior customer service!
