- Deposits and other payments are refundable under the following circumstances:
Sedans: when the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled event.
SUV’s:when the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled event
15-22 Passenger Luxury Coaches: when the cancellation is made more than 7 days before
the scheduled event.
Deposits are transferable in many circumstances at the discretion of Plaza Limousine. We understand that situations arise that are beyond your control and we will work with you in
order to have a satisfactory outcome for all parties involved. Once a deposit has been transferred it is no longer refundable.
Specialty Packages: The deposit, made at the time of reservation is refundable
up until 30 days prior to the event; however, it is transferable to another
event or reservation. Once a deposit has been transferred it is no longer
refundable.
Specialty Vehicles (including Motor Coaches)
