"they really shouldn't be in business i bought the car last year on 3/1/22 as they say ***** from ***** added the extended warranty telling me is better to get i was thrilled to drive my 08 ****** highlander i told ***** about the window making a weird pop noise as i rolled it down he said bring it next week and ill have my mechanic take a look at it i brought the car they gave me a loaner for the time being seen that i have to drive an hr and a half away to my house when i got called to pick up the car he told me we had to order the part and put it in and am driving away i kept hearing the same problem when i open the door i saw a white foamy paste on my door i looked at the park because as before they took my car i scratched the part that they said it was and guess what it was the same part they never did order nothing then as i was going to leave my wife notice on the front bumper left side that the car was hit and scratched i told ***** and he said let me look at the video to see if i sold it to you that way we go to the office and his looking at the computer the pictures of the car that he posted and see that it was not starched when i bout it he gave me a paper with his signature and the date saying he notice it as wheel told me to leave him the car the following week and they will have it fixed i did and when the car was done he called me i pick it up and saw that it looked so bad that he said bring it next week ill have someone else take a look at it as i went on my day i took the car to the car was and guess what the paint that they fixed came right off i called him and he stated that he has other people who can look at it as am telling him ok so we got the window to still be fixed and the paint he said call me tomorrow so we can set up a date i did and its been a year of me calling the dealer and calling ***** just to get the round around my transmission is falling and they should really be out of business for just taking peoples money thief"
