    I have purchased the **** 157 sound bar three times.. Twice last year and one two weeks ago and in all three instances, they were defective. I installed them and after two minutes, they disconnected. I could see buying one being defective once in a while, but, all three? So, are they selling defective or refurbished products?

    This is one of the worst companies with whom I have ever dealt. Products work...sometimes and you cannot reach anyone or get any kind of satisfactory help. Just awful!!! Stay away.

    ********************** what customer service!!! It does not exist. I ordered a speaker, it worked for one day only. I sent an email explaining the issue and requested a RGA and either a credit or replacement . I received a return email asking which would I prefer, I returned the email and stated a replacement. That is the last I have heard from them even after repeated emails requesting information about returning and when to expect my replacement. One star because there is nothing lower .I am going to go on the tech web sites and complain of their lack of service and not standing behind their products.

    This company does not have an active phone number .The phone number listed is answered by a recorded message, not even IVR asking to go to their website, then disconnecting you. Delivered Sound Bar. I have a missing part, a small cable that a quick service call could address.I have major concerns about a company that doesn't have an active phone number to reach a real business.The only option is via email ********************
