    Steve and his team showed up exactly at the date and time that they said they would. They cleaned up dead wood from my sugar maple and my two English walnuts making them look beautiful once again. I believe that if Steve had not been taken care of the sugar maple, which is well over 150 years old at this point, it would have died long ago.Bonus points - I asked if they could Chip the wood from the sugar maple and leave that with me, and they left it exactly where I asked them to. Lovely to have beautiful mulch on top of having my trees looking so good for another couple of years. Thank you, Steve!

    At a time when it feels like customer service is all but dead, ********************** went above and beyond servicing a job that, as tree removal goes, was probably a relatively small job but one that became an unexpected source of stress for us while we were out of town. I called ***** while away and he called me back quickly, got to our home quickly, quoted us quickly (and fairly), and took care of the job (and other recommendations) all while we were away. ***** & his staff surely did not disappoint! We came back home to a job well done...so grateful for great service at a reasonable cost!
