  I hired Chase for the first time to pump my septic [4/27/23]. I was quoted $335.00 over the phone. They sent me a bill for 415.00. I called the company and spoke with Margaret G*******, who goes by Maggie. She said my tank was 1500 gallons, to which I produced the septic plans to confirm that my tank is 1000 gallons. She agreed to charge me $335.00. I gave her my credit card information over the phone so that I could pay my bill and she turned around and charged my card $415.00. Very bad move Maggie. Since this review, Maggie called me pretending to reconcile. She accepted full responsibility, claimed she wanted to make it right, took my credit card again claiming she was going to credit me $80.00 and never did. So the company steals from their customers. For anyone reading this that needs a septic pump try ***** ********** **** ***. they charge $300.00 for a 1000 gallon tank, I would have used them but Chase had better availability & I can see why. ***** * ********** ***** ******* has five star rating.

  We are in total agreement with most of what ************** is saying. We received a Retrieval Request from Talus Payments that showed ************** was requesting refund of her money. When we talked to her we thought we were waiting on that decision from the payment center. It was agreed that we would refund the money after we talked again. We didn't hear back from her, and I admit that I forgot to follow up in a timely manner. Now it is unclear if she has been refunded the money from the payment company or not and we didn't want to refund her the$80 if she was refunded the full amount of $415 from her credit card. She also could have followed up with the office manager who would have spoken with her. we are a small family owned business that prides itself on being honest. That's how we have gotten the over ***** customers. And to say we steal for our customers is totally untrue. We give our customers the respect they deserve. Contacting the BBB is going a little to far when all you had to do was call the owners. We are eager to make this right, as we pride ourselves on giving excellent customer satistaction.
