  My tools and therapy equipment never arrived even though I packed them in a tote myself with a couple other things and the tote arrived but the tools and therapy equipment must have been stolen. Also, I had to travel back to MA because the General manager said the repairs to my home were completed when they in fact weren't. He hired a furniture repairman to repair my wood floor, door frame and wall. The door frame and wall were attempted but paint didn't match and looked like someone just stuck silly putty on the damages, but the floor wasn't even attempted. The second ****** they tried to hire said they were going to remove floorboards from my tongue and groove wood floor. I received a second opinion in which they said you absolutely cannot do that. You will further do damage to the floor so thank goodness I went back to ************* to evaluate the situation and hire someone myself. I have a screenshot of the email communication in which the general manager threatens to not pay my claim for the damaged goods unless I remove negative reviews online. That's how slimy he is. This company has made my life an actual living h*** I moved for a high-level position which requires a lot of concentration to learn, but I've spent countless hours of wasted time dealing with Isaacs and especially the general manager. I ALSO HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION THAT THE STRESS OF THIS HAS MADE WORSE SOMETHING THAT I HAVEN'T NEEDED TREATMENT FOR SINCE 2018 UNTIL NOW. I informed the company of what they are doing to me and yet I'm refused reimbursement for my travel back to ************* to take care of their constant mistakes that affected the closing of my home costing me even more. ***** post about how sorry he is and they are going to fix the damages is all for show to try and save face. He is slimy. I trusted he was sincere initially and I quickly learned he is not a man of his word, he should be ashamed of himself. He was absolutely horrible to me!! I'm disgusted by this business.

  I have used Isaacs, moving and storage for all of my moves over the last 20 years and find them to be exceptional. They are efficient, very careful with my belongings and friendly and easy to work with. I cant imagine using anyone else.

  I've moved with *****'s a couple of times, and could not have had a better experience each time. Great movers, great customer service, and felt like I also got a really good deal. Pretty much everything you could want in a moving company.

  We contacted ISAACS at the recommendation of a friend for a long-distance move. Out of the five companies we contacted, Isaacs provided the most professional, thorough quote with the best pricing. Our sales agent, *****, and the coordinator, *******, were always responsive with any questions or concerns - including when there was a misunderstanding about the delivery date, which they were able to resolve easily. Both the pick up crew, led by ***************************, and delivery crew, led by ***********************, were attentive and professional and made sure every detail was taken care of. ********** was packed and handled with care, with zero damage. I cant say enough good things and Id recommend ********************** to anyone (including my mom, who is moving within the next year!).

  We used *****'s to move my grandmother from ******** to ******* after my grandfather passed away. We could not be happier with the way *****'s took care of her move. From the first phone call until the last box was delivered everything was A+. I would recommend them to anyone.
