Part of buying boots online is making sure you are dealing with a company with a good returns and exchange policy. Cowboy Chief provides a hassle free 90 Day return policy!
If you need to return a pair of boots please just email us at [email protected] and we will provide instructions on how to return your boots.
PLEASE NOTE: All boot returns are returned to Cowboy Chief offices NOT to Lucchese Boot Co.
Other Return Policy Details:
Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return back to Cowboy Chief.
You have 90 days to return or exchange any pair of boots.
Boots may be returned for a refund of the purchase price of the boots.
Items must be unworn and unaltered with all original packaging.
Returned shoes will NOT be accepted if the original shoe box has been used as packaging or is damaged in any way.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Stall Stock product may be returned for refund but no exchanges on Stall Stock Collection boots.
No International Returns or Exchanges are allowed.
Stall Stock boots are returns only there are no exchanges allowed on Stall Stock boots.
