      A very unprofessional place that has horrible customer service. They do not ensure that the customer is all set.They dismiss the customer and tell the customer.. There's nothing that can be done although there is plenty that can be done.

      Horrible...was an employee for years and let go for absurd reason...wasn't treated fairly nor was I given the opportunity to grow....I wouldn't recommend it to anyone by the way I was treated...they claim to be family oriented but the way their managers run their stores is very poor and unjust...I will not and cannot let go what and how I was treated and how I had been handled by management

      Big y has gone down hill. It seems that everyone in that company needs Customer service training. I would love to speak to the ****** family about there business plan.

      The Big Y located in *************** on ********************* is MAINLY employed by prejudice staff. Went into this Big Y for items and was not addressed and completely ignored by a staff in a department where you have to speak. Completely unsatisfied with this experience.

      I think big y has no employees or managers that care. You ask for a product like fried chicken because there wasn't any and the employees didn't care so I finally found a manager and he didn't care either so when big y goes bankrupt it was because nobody cared.
