- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Infinite Events charges a non-refundable 50% date reservation fee with a signed agreement. The client must pay the remaining balance at least 2 weeks prior to the event date specified on his/her contract. If the client cancels the services contracted and Infinite Events is able to contract another event assignment of at least equivalent value for the canceled date, the full sum of the deposit will be refunded. However, if there is a deficiency in the value of the new booking relative to this agreement, Infinite Events retains the sum of the deficiency and refunds any remaining balance of the deposit. Infinite Events warrants that in the event of a cancelation, reasonable effort will be made to secure a replacement assignment of at least equal value. In the unlikely event of personal illness or other circumstances beyond the control of Andria Medeiros (d/b/a Infinite Events) as substitute coordinator of high qualifications, subject to acceptance by the client prior to the event, may be dispatched to fulfill the obligations contracted. In such cases the client declines sending of a substitute for Infinite Events, the client may elect instead to terminate the agreement and receive a full refund of Infinite Events' deposit paid to Andria Medeiros.
