  Please Be Careful dealing with this company............ I have been using closets by design for my home remodeling, we started with the bedrooms and as we renovate each bedroom the designer would come in a draw a design for the bedroom closet and then it would be installed. The first bedroom went well and then when the time came to do the second bedroom after installing brand new wood floors, windows lights, painting, trim, etc. The company installers came in to install the 2 closets in the second bedroom in the newly remodeled room with brand new exotic wood floors, as they installers brought the parts in the installers were dropping the shelves, drawers, brackets tools, stepping on the tools and the shims used in leveling the closets where they have caused very deep dents to the engineered wooden floors that cannot be repaired but has to be replaced due to the thin top layer. As I told the installers to be careful JASON the installer snapped at me and told me every f.......n word in the book, told me to get the f......out of here. And when I asked him to take their stuff and leave he pulled the nail gun out and put the it in my face. I called the police, police report was made and a court date was set, the install managers came home to assess the damage and took out what the installers had put in as the assembly was partially wrong, and stated that they would put in a claim with there insurance company, so do what's needed for work and to call them again when the work is finished to do the reinstall. Since may 9th I had to redo the floors again in the room, redo the trim, repaint, take out the track lights and reinstall, redo other shelving etc, now it has been almost 2 months and I don't have any closets, I cannot use the bedroom, or the other bedroom since all the parts are in it, closet by design refuses to take responsibility of the damage, and I have lost a whole lot of money and time while dealing with this company.

  I have been a returning customer for 7 plus years. My product I purchased, installation; and pricing is amazing ??. I couldn't be happier and I share this with this platform because outstanding experiences happen every day!!!!

  We had a closet system installed in our master bedroom closet today. The materials and the system look awful. It is not what was explained to us at the consultation. We actually have less storage in our closet now than before they came. The system takes up the whole back wall and is not functional. When I called to express my disappointment and ask for an improvement I was told that this is what we agreed to and there was no way to fix it. This is absolutely not what we agreed to and the customer service was non existent. I would highly advise anyone looking for a closet system to use a different company. Im thinking of removing the whole system myself. Im disgusted.
