      I have always loved this establishment and their delicious icecream . But tonight I had the worst experience of my life at the ********* location. My family flew from out of town and wanted some ice cream to finish off our night after touring and I could not have thought of the perfect place. However, instead of being greeted with smiles and a warm approach , two out of three of the employees working was extremely rude. An older family member asked for a cover to place over the icecream and instead of just simply providing that one of the employee decided to yell with an unpleasant tone. At this point we all felt the energy and felt as though they did not want to serve us . We felt extremely rushed and every time when we asked for a sample or another request the two employees were extremely short, rude and responded with short tones. Never in my life have I had such an aggressive encounter at this establishment. I asked to speak to the Manager The other employee said he was the Manager . I responded by saying I suggest that you practice better customer service because his approach was extremely rude towards my family. The other employee also spoke and said that was my perspective and my perspective did not matter. I was appalled and embarrassed as all she had to do was offer an apology but she proceeded to engage in a power struggle. I am confident that that is not the reputation that Daddys Dairy want to portray and if this was my company definitely would not approve. All customers should to be treated fairly and I felt discriminated against because they did not talk to the customer before us in that way nor the customer after us. Some of my family was so taken aback that it left a bad taste in their mouth and did not want to order. I usually do not leave reviews but the interaction was so disappointing that I could not believe this was the customer service I was receiving. I am extremely disappointed and hope that this is not what this company stands for.
