      This company installs defective products and does not back up its work. I ordered a quartz kitchen countertop for my tenant's unit, including the double-bowl under-mount stainless sink provided by the installer.After 1 month, the kitchen sinks showed lots of ***** spots, water stains, and various kinds of marks even with minimal use while the apartment was empty.I called the installer to complain. I was given a few unworkable solutions, including sending me a rust cleanser which never arrived. Then. they want me to buy a sink which is recommended by them to replace the ***** ****. But, unfortunately, the installer arrived and said that he was not able to replace it due to the size and the setting. Then he left. (Oct. 23. 24)The next day, I called customer service again, and I was told that the Quartz Countertop, the backlash, and the plumbing connecting pipe must be lifted and discounted first and they would not pay for the cost to disassemble them and reconnect them. Also if there is any damage, they will not be responsible for it.I told them, that since they were the ones selling me the rusting sink and installing them, they had to be the ones responsible for taking care of the problems they created.I am a retired senior who relies on the rental income to survive and I do not have much money to pay to hire another plumber and contractor to repair what they created.On Oct 26, I was told that " they will call me tomorrow or after that to see it again. " But I have not heard from them again even with a couple of emails to them.I am planning to file a complaint to the Attorney General and to the court if I do not hear from them by Nov. 21, 2024.
