    Good Morning, I represent the dealership Best CDJR regarding a customer who filed a complaint.  The customer was here last August for an ** charge (per request) which were completed as requested by the customer. Nine months later he called and stated that the ** was inoperative again. I explained we would have to diagnose the concern because he clearly has a slow leak and we need to determine what exactly has failed in the ** system. He felt that he should not have to pay for diagnostic since he was here 9 months ago. I tried to explain we did not diagnose a concern and that we were asked to complete a recharge which we did and I cannot guarantee that there would be not cost to the customer without inspecting the vehicle to determine the failure. We are picking up the customers car as a courtesy, and we are going to diagnose the vehicle to determine what the cause of the leak is. There will be no charge to inspect and if it was caused by something we may have done during the recharge or if it is covered under any kind of warranty there will be no charge.  However, if the repair has no warranty or if it is not due to any wrong-doing on our part, we will contact the customer and inform him of our findings before incurring any out of pocket expense.     Best Chrysler engaged A&M Glass, LLC to replace my windshield. My insurance company paid *** directly however Best insisted I pay them for the glass replacement and camera recalibration so I could pick up my car. This is despite the fact that I told them that my insurance company had already paid *** directly. **** then claimed that *** would reimburse me for the amount I paid to Best however I have never received payment and both *** and Best are ghosting me.

    In March 2023 I started noticing a mildew/ strong odor in my 2020 grand Cherokee. It got to the point you could smell it from outside the car and people at work could smell it on me and were concerned about my health. If you drove the car youd get a headache and feel sick.We couldnt figure out where it was coming from so we took it to ******** tire, they ripped the car apart and couldnt figure it out and then we took it to another place in *********** which also couldnt figure it out. We got it detailed and it didnt help, we tried taking it to **** in marshfield and they wanted nothing to do with it.Finally, we took it to Best in ********, after getting ************************* from corporate involved.They have now had my car since May, they keep telling me it will be ready and keep pushing it back (after taking 3 weeks to figure out what the issue was) they did not offer me a loaner, they said they didnt have any. I have had to call every day for any update or they would never contact me with an update. The people Ive dealt with (*** and *****) seem to blame anyone else for their lack of communication/why things have gone the way they have. I have not had a driveable car since March, Best has been awful to deal with and Im still without a car/ end in site and my job revolves around driving and working at different doctors offices. Im beyond frustrated. Ive been paying for a car/ car insurance on a car that I havent even had in my possession. Ive had to pay family members to borrow their car and I cant do this any longer, they need their cars back and I need mine!The issue with my car was no fault of my own, jeep lost a class action against their sunroofs leaking/ issues and I want to be compensated for everything Ive had to deal with on top of the terrible service Ive received. I want to trade the car in and get a new car, because I will not risk driving that car and having this happen again. Its been an absolute nightmare.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.ally hot days) the jeep was over heating again and all i could smell was gas so it got towed back that saturday and they came back saying it needs a whole new engine now (almost 5 days of having it not being able to find the problem) and have been ignoring ** and wont communicate anything jeep is still there. They told me they would replace the part. we get ur towed out and i notice my engine light is still on. they never replaced the part they specially ordered to put in because gas got in it and just assumed since they ruined the engine that they wouldnt have to replace that part and i wouldnt notice. their response when i called was i dont get it are you experiencing any symptoms with the engine light being on

    1/18/2023 Looked at, test drove, completed paperwork for purchase of vehicle. Vehicle was left with dealership to have a few issues repaired, on 1/30/2023 I was notified that vehicle was ready and repairs had been made. 2/1/2023 I picked up the vehicle - within one week many ongoing issues became apparent and I contacted the dealership - I was told they would be unable to provide me with a loaner vehicle until March, an appointment was made for 3/8/2023 and brought in then. Over the following three weeks they had the vehicle and did not contact me with updates. My calls to them went unanswered for days at a time. The manager became involved and requested the chance to "make this right". Once the repairs were done they returned the vehicle to me at my home to "save me the trip", however they did not provide a service report. It has been two weeks with continuous requests of the service report from the manager with no response. I brought the vehicle to another Chrysler dealership who has confirmed that the vehicle does not meet certification standards and has many more issues with it.
