  In summer 2023 I decided to replace all of my windows. I got five quotes and this was the second most expensive company. These windows leak freezing cold air all around the outside of them where the insulation is but also all around the caulk that is on the outside of the window. I had to battle with this company and the manufacturer who makes the windows to try to put more insulation around them and apply more caulk where air seeps in and it was nothing but fighting. I had to call Thermo Expert at least five times to get them to come out because I was not satisfied. Even after the manufacturer put additional insulation around the outside there is still freezing cold air that comes in both around the window and around the caulk that Thermo Expert used for installation. Every time I was able to get someone to come to my house they of course gaslit me and told me that there was no cold air coming in. Finally the owner offered to replace one of the windows with a triple pane window which naturally wouldn't solve the problem but I said okay. Of course nobody called me to follow up and I didn't have the energy to keep fighting with them. I'm still so angry as this is the second winter I've been freezing in my house as my heat comes on way more frequently than it should. Don't waste your money on this company that sells garbage windows at a high price. This is the worst money I've ever spent on my house, what an expensive mistake.

  To whom it may concern,
  Every time she called we have responded. Each time that we, my own crew, were there, we could not find a draft.
  I am the president, I went there myself during the winter and could not feel a draft coming in. All the windows were installed level and the seal was proper. She continued to complain about the drafts, so I told her, I would send the window manufacturer to her home and put a heavier gauge weather stripping on the window sashes. Attached is the written report from the window manufacturer, ******** ***** ********, showing what work was performed and completed. After their visits, she still continues to complain about the drafts, and every time I send my crew over, she become verbally abusive to all my staff that went on site and they had to leave to escape the continued abuse. At this point there windows are installed and working properly and the window manufacturer concurs with this as well.
