    Ryan has always gone above and beyond for us. When we first moved into our current home we were distressed to discover we had mice. I feared we were infested. Ryan came and looked around and agreed there were mice but reassured me we were not infested and that they are common here. He told us what we were already doing was sufficient. He didn't charge us, and I felt he could have just for his time. This made me appreciate his honesty and I tucked his name away for "just in case" for the future. About 7 years later we had a significant carpenter ant problem during Covid, starting in January of 2020. We delayed calling - we wanted to take care of it ourselves, this was embarrassing. We soon realized we needed help so we called Ryan. Ryan came out and found where their nest likely was, I believe we called in March or April. He sprayed and they have been gone ever since. I was just looking for his number again (April 2023) so I can reach out to have him back out proactively for this spring. I don't want to end up in that situation again and am so grateful to Ryan's great work. We are lucky to have him in this area.
