- The businesses states Guests that cancel their reservation 14 days or more prior to their arrival date will receive a full refund of their deposit (50% for 2 or more nights, 100% for 1 night stays). Guests that cancel between 13 and five days prior to their arrival date will be assessed a $50.00 processing fee. Guests who cancel fewer than five days prior to their arrival date, or fail to cancel, will forfeit their deposit of 50% if they have booked for 2 or more nights; 1 night reservations will forfeit 100% of their deposit. If a guest did not put down a deposit, their credit card will be charged.
